If a Blackbaud user is attempting to log in but receives a message that the user is already logged in somewhere else (possibly even on the same computer), you can manually disconnect a user through the Citrix software.
- Right-click on the Citrix icon in the taskbar and select Connection Center.
- Select the connection below “Active” and above the open software sessions and click “Disconnect”. Whether the window is open/visible or not in Windows, Citrix will terminate its connection to Blackbaud’s hosted servers.
